Lily, a columnist in my team, pitched this article to me. She wanted to capture how queer students at all-female colleges at Cambridge perceive self-expression through style and highlight how there is no singular style of ‘queerness’. I assisted in directing the photography and learned a lot from how Lily not just about queer stlcreated a comfortable environments for these first-time models.
